Nice Collective reserve the right to cancel any order and our only liability is to provide the customer with a refund.  "Errors", prices, and availability of products and services on this site, are subject to change without notice.

Errors will be corrected where discovered. Nice Collective reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, to correct any "Errors",inaccuracies or omissions before during or after an order has been processed and submitted regardless if your credit card or account has been charged.

If your payment has been charged and your order has been cancelled, Nice Collective will issue a credit to your credit card account in the exact amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.



Shipping

We currently ship with FedEx ground and FedEx standard overnight within the US. Orders are shipped within one day of order confirmation. If you are placing an order to be shipped to a country outside of the us please contact storeroom@nicecollective.com. More international shipping options will be available soon.



FAQ

Exchanges and returns must shipped back to our storeroom within 20 days after the package was received. It must be addressed to Nice Collective storeroom 2544 Third St San Francisco, CA 94107 and have a copy of the receipt in the box. Returns will be credited and exchanges will be made and sent out within 3 business days. If you are making an exchange you need to include a letter explaining the what you are exchanging for.

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or international addresses and we do not accept international credit cards. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.



30 Day Return Policy

If for some reason your product is damaged or broken please fill out the return form and send back to Nice Collective with the certificate of authenticity.  Each product must be in its original form and still have the metal serial tag on it.

After we receive your package, our Nice Collective will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).

A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.



Returns and Exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:

The original Invoice and packaging must accompany the returned item. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. The numbered metal tag must not be removed. If the tag is removed from the piece, the merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. This is a security feature we use to verify the authenticity of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned. Special orders and custom pieces are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order. The credit will be applied to the card that was used to buy the piece.
