PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS


Nice Collective attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Nice Collective does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Nice Collective itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.



PRICING


Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.

We make our best efforts to price our products correctly, however, pricing and stock availability may be incorrectly stated.


Nice Collective will correct errors where discovered.  and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer.  Nice Collective reserves the right  to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Nice Collective will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. By placing an order with storeroom.nicecollective.com, the customer agrees that Nice collective will be the final arbiter of any discrepancy.



ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS


When you visit Stroreroom.nicecollective.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.



GENERAL RETURNS POLICY


You may return most new, unopened or unused items  within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, with no signs of wear or use.



HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 15 days of receipt.  We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) upon receipt, or exchange the item for a different size or color if specified. Please note return instructions and expect timeline for refunds below.


To make a return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Email us at storeroom@nicecollective.com to request a return authorization form. Please include RETURN REQUEST and Invoice Number in Subject line of email.
  2. Once you receive this Return authorization form and code, fill in necessary information and print two copies.  Place one copy on the outside and one on inside of package.
  3. You may ship the item using any method you like. The item you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that will insure your goods and one that provides package tracking to avoid delays.
  4. The return a package  must be shipped back to the Nice Collective warehouse stated on the Return authorization form only.
  5. Please ensure that the parcel containing the returned items is clearly marked and securely sealed.



EXCHANGE AND REFUND


If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, Please follow " How to return or exchange an item" instructions. Once we receive the return shipment we will process your requested exchange. In case the goods are not available for an exchange, you will be reimbursed full amount of product (see refund timeline)


If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please see " How to return or exchange an item" section and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. (you will be refunded full amount of product once the item is received) 


In case of return, shipping costs are at the customers charge.  Please note that a package refusal does not suffice as a request for a refund. A.P.C. reserves the right to decline your return if these Sales Conditions are not met. Please contact us if you’ve any concerns or questions regarding your exchange or return.



RECEIVING A REFUND


We' will notify you via pay-pal of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Refund timeline:

-  5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper

-  3 to 5 business days for us to process your return

-  The time it takes your bank to process our refund request 



SHIPPING


We currently ship with FedEx ground and FedEx standard overnight within the US. Orders are shipped within one day of order confirmation. If you are placing an order to be shipped to a country outside of the us please contact storeroom@nicecollective.com. More international shipping options will be available soon.

We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes or international addresses and we do not accept international credit cards. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.
